They are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support project execution on sophisticated, design-forward commercial interiors throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands‑on experience with high‑end commercial TI projects . Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and quality project execution Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Help maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays or issues Attend project meetings and assist with progress reporting Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures Participate in client communication and help maintain strong stakeholder relationships Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in construction project coordination or engineering roles Strong experience with high‑end commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects is required Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) Solid understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment What Our Client Offers Exposure to high‑profile, design‑driven commercial projects Collaborative team environment with strong leadership support Career growth opportunities within a respected contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr
