Schedule is consistent on a weekly basis but is subject to change based on business needs.Position RequirementsSuccessful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checkValid Driver’s License2 years experience in parking management preferredOperational Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure high level of guest service delivered at all times.Maintain adequate staffing levels for the site.Support the valet operation as needed/ requested.Fill in scheduling gaps, respond to call offs and schedule changes.Maintain professional and responsive customer and client service and ensure satisfaction.Employee recruiting, training, development, accountability, safety and well-being.P&L management and execution against budget.Reporting and documentation as required by each account, client and company executives.Procurement of all supplies needed for operations through company expense procedures.Execution of marketing plans, implementation and maintenance of revenue control procedures and analysis.Compliance with all laws, rules, policies, and safety-standards.Other Duties and Responsibilities:Support and positively contribute to company’s Mission, Values, and Culture.Be Better, Be Honest, Be Respectful, Be Go-Giver, Be Optimistic, Be CreativeAssist with projects in the portfolio as requested.Provide administrative support as needed.You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Site OversightAssist in managing daily parking operations across multiple garages and facilitiesProvide direct supervision and leadership to supervisors, attendants, and support staffEnsure locations meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, signage, and traffic flowMonitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and coverage needsSupport development and implementation of site-specific operating proceduresMedical Facility Operations SupportHelp ensure parking operations meet the needs of patients, visitors, and medical staffMaintain a calm, professional, and service-focused environment in high-sensitivity settingsRespond promptly to operational issues that may impact patient access or facility flowClient & Customer RelationsBuild and maintain positive working relationships with property management and client contactsAssist in resolving customer concerns and service escalationsSupport implementation of revenue control and customer experience initiativesFinancial & Administrative SupportAssist with budget monitoring, expense management, and financial reportingTrack operational performance metrics and compile required reportsCoordinate procurement of supplies and equipment in accordance with company proceduresEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with company and client requirementsTeam Development & ComplianceAssist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching of team membersReinforce company policies, safety practices, and performance expectationsSupport employee accountability, engagement, and retention initiativesAdditional ResponsibilitiesTravel regularly between assigned Culver City and Santa Monica locationsSupport special projects, audits, and company initiatives as neededUphold and model Parkwell’s Mission, Culture, and ValuesRequired QualificationsCandidates must meet all of the following:Experience supervising employees in a service, operations, parking, hospitality, or facilities environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and prioritiesProfessional communication and customer service skills suitable for client-facing environmentsExperience supporting budgets, expense tracking, or operational reportingAbility to handle a high volume of operational communication (email, phone, in-person)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sitesAbility to work in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsWhat We’re Looking ForA dependable, solutions-oriented leader who is comfortable being in the fieldStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityHigh emotional intelligence and professionalism, especially in medical settingsDesire to grow into a Project Manager or senior operations leadership roleRequired Qualifications (Candidates Must Meet All Requirements)Demonstrated professional business acumen with a polished and professional presentation style.Prior experience managing a team of employees, including supervision, performance management, and accountability.Experience creating, managing, and analyzing budgets, with a clear understanding of financial reporting and cost controls.Highly professional demeanor and polished communication style appropriate for executive and client interactions.Strong professional business writing skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct correspondence and documentation.Ability to manage a high volume of emails daily, read thoroughly, and respond promptly and professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
