Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, owners, and vendors. Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and material deliveries. Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Support contract administration and maintain accurate project records using Procore and Microsoft Office. Qualifications 1+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience on commercial construction projects such as retail, grocery, office, healthcare, hospitality, or similar. Knowledge of construction documents, project administration, and project coordination. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software.
