Customer Service RepresentativeAs a Customer Service Representative at FastSigns Surprise, you will be responsible for all sales activities within the shop and serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers. You will prepare estimates and work orders, following the process from start to finish, while providing exemplary customer service.ResponsibilitiesGreet walk-in customers and identifying customer needs and make recommendationsEstimating projects from business cards, decals and banners to large scale projects such as monument signage and illuminated building signsWorking with customers via email and phone for all stages of the projectsPartnering and coordinating resources and vendors that need to be outsourcedAnswering phone callsFollowing up on company lead emailsProcess payments and invoicesCommunication with customers on order status and changes in the production scheduleMaintains an attractive retail environment (clean, organized, and functional)QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExcellent customer service and people skills2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in other sign or fabrication shopsMust have strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environmentExperience working under pressure with multiple tasks/projectsProficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skills
