Senior AccountantWork Model: Hybrid, 3 days on-site per week Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $82,000 – $95,000/yearPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in a hybrid work environment. This role will be responsible for supporting the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accounting & CloseLead and support the month-end and year-end close processesPrepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustmentsPerform balance sheet and account reconciliationsMaintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial dataCompliance & AuditEnsure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policiesSupport internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentationCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with departments such as FP&A, operations, and leadership to support business needsProvide guidance on accounting treatment and financial processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4–7+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principlesExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWork EnvironmentCollaborative, team-oriented cultureFlexible work environment with a focus on results and accountability
