Bartender

Job Title

Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages based on customer request in a timely manner, following health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly, courteous manner while providing an exceptional experience.
• Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Use POS system to enter orders, take payments and manage inventory.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils
• Determine supplies needed and coordinate production with serving hours.
• Monitor all food items to see that at least the minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality are always upheld.
• Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Attend all in-services as required.
• Responsible for following all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.
• Assist with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules.
• Perform all other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Educational Requirements and Experience :

• Minimum of one year experience bartending
• Able to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
