CRNA – Atrium Health CMC Main Occupational location: Charlotte, North Carolina Key Details Hours Per Week: 36 Pay Range: $99.75 – $159.60/hr (entry level starting at $215,996/yr) Benefits Eligible: Yes Sign‑on Bonus: $100,000 Incentives: Nights $40,000; Weekends $20,000; Call $5,000 Responsibilities Administer regional anesthesia and manage labor epidural services in cardiac, pediatric, and OBGYN cases. Provide anesthesia for pediatric and neonatal patients, including NORA (non‑operating room anesthesia) interventions. Work shift schedules including days, afternoons, nights, overnight call, with options for 8‑, 10‑, 12‑, and 24‑hour rotations. Support adult and pediatric liver transplants, cardiac procedures, and obstetric care. Participate in committees and teaching activities for allied health learners and CRNA trainees. Qualifications NC registered nurse licence. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) licence. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from AHA. Experience performing pediatric liver transplants and pediatric cardiac procedures. Proficiency in spinal and epidural anesthesia.
