Callie Wise & Wyman Wise State Farm are seeking experienced, highly motivated, and results-driven State Farm Sales Professionals to join our established agency team in a 100% remote position .

We're looking for proven producers who know State Farm systems, understand the importance of underwriting and compliance, and have the discipline to succeed without someone looking over their shoulder.

Competitive Base Salary + UNCAPPED COMMISSION. No ceiling on your earning potential!

Who We're Looking For

This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking established State Farm Team Members who meet the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Currently employed by a State Farm Agent participating in the State Farm STEP option .
  
  
• Extensive State Farm agency experience with a demonstrated history of sales success.
  
  
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) AND Life, Accident & Health (LA&H) insurance licenses.
  
  
• Licensed in at least one of the following states: North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia .
  
  
• A verifiable track record of consistent sales production.
  
  
• No substantiated compliance violations or complaints involving improper sales practices, misrepresentation, or underwriting misconduct.
  
  
• Ability to provide a positive professional reference from your current State Farm Agent.
  
  
• Strong working knowledge of State Farm quoting systems, products, underwriting guidelines, and agency procedures.
  
  
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet sales expectations.

What You'll Do

• Sell Insurance. Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other State Farm insurance products.
  
  
• Maximize Opportunities. Respond promptly to incoming leads, conduct outbound sales calls, and consistently follow up to close business.
  
  
• Work Leads Beyond 5 PM. Be willing to respond to evening quote requests and sales opportunities during agreed-upon hours when customers are available.
  
  
• Sell the Right Way. Follow State Farm underwriting requirements, licensing rules, and agency compliance standards. Accurate applications and ethical sales practices are nonnegotiable.
  
  
• Build Long-Term Relationships. Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and earn trust through meaningful conversations.
  
  
• Own Your Performance. Manage your pipeline, track production, and consistently deliver measurable sales results.
  
  
• Collaborate Remotely. Communicate effectively with our agency teams across all three offices while maintaining productivity and accountability.
