Prevention Family Specialist - Home Visits & Travel
TOGETHER for Youth
TOGETHER for Youth seeks a Prevention Family Specialist to provide in-home casework counseling, preserve families, and empower parents with tools to ensure children's safety and permanency. The role involves assessments, developing treatment and discharge plans, and collaborating with schools and community agencies.
