Sr. Treasury Support Specialist

Job Summary Mountain West Bank is seeking an exceptional Sr. Treasury Support Specialist for our Treasury Management Team in Meridian, ID. The Sr. Treasury Support Specialist will work under minimal supervision and is responsible for day‑to‑day servicing and support of all Treasury Management products, acting as a key liaison between customers, Treasury Sales Officers, and internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient implementation of treasury solutions. This is a full‑time, hourly position requiring Monday‑Friday availability 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM (40 hours a week). Duties and Responsibilities Uphold and actively promotes the bank’s core beliefs, core values, and customer service standards, collectively known as "Our Compass." Support our community through department fundraising activities or volunteering during bank sponsored events. Provide exceptional customer service while displaying genuine enthusiasm, empathy, and compassion. Ensure each and every customer interaction adheres to our customer service standards. Provide ongoing support and resolution for Treasury Management services, including account maintenance, product setup, and issue troubleshooting. Install equipment and train customers in all treasury management products. Educate customers on the risks, features, and operational requirements of Treasury Management services to ensure informed usage and compliance. Conduct product demonstrations for customers. Assist in updating/reviewing account analysis pricing plans and requests for exception pricing. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for all accounts and services within the Treasury Management portfolio. Process daily ACH returns and corrections. Assist with testing and rollout of new treasury products, services, and system enhancements. Provide backup support to eBanking as needed during high‑volume periods or staff absences. Become educated with all bank products and services to provide excellent customer service, retain customers, and cross‑sell products as appropriate. Remain informed of and conform to all applicable policies and procedures, including security. Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Required Experience and Education High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a customer support or sales support capacity. Minimum 2 years of experience with Treasury Management products (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, remote deposit capture, online banking, positive pay, etc.). Embodies a customer‑first mindset with genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers. Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written to maintain a heavy volume of correspondence, personal contact, and telephone communication. Good knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to multi‑task and handle complex tasks efficiently. Strong organizational skills. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators; routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6–8 hours per day; work extended hours or travel off‑site as required; maintain regular, reliable, and timely attendance; and be capable of climbing or descending stairs in an emergency. Specific lifting abilities: sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally or negligible force frequently or constantly. Specific vision abilities: requires close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at close distances. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
