Distribution Specialist

We are looking for a Distribution Specialist to join our payroll team at our Grand Rapids, MI office! The Distribution Specialist is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way.

What you'll do:

Handle and prepare payroll packages for clients
Shipping/Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments
Customer support via email and phone as needed
Data entry and support as need for other branch departments
Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments
Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch
Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers

What you bring to the table:

Professional phone communication skills
Great interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to meet pick-up and shipment windows
Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines

Where you'll work:

This is a on-site position requiring commute to our branch in Grand Rapids, MI.

Shift:

Full-time, Monday-Friday
