Sales Account Manager

Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and generating leads Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in company system and software Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance Set sales targets and achieve them effectively Performs other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field Experience within transportation, logistics, food distribution, hospitality, or related industries Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of phone, email, and other communication tools. Ability to travel locally for client meetings, presentations, and events as needed. Ability to stand, walk, and move between meeting locations during client visits or trade shows. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 15–25 pounds (such as product samples, marketing materials, or trade show equipment). Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
