Rate: $34-36/hour
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $7,500

Garden Gate Health Care Facility is seeking experienced RN Unit Coordinators (RN UC) for full-time day and evening shifts . This role supports clinical operations, staff coordination, and high-quality resident care on the unit.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations on the unit
• Support nursing staff and ensure quality, compliant care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
• Assist with staffing flow, documentation, and resident needs

Qualifications:

• RN license
• Prior SNF/LTC or charge experience preferred
• Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills
