Sales Support Specialist

MotorWorld is presently seeking a new team member to join as a Sales Support Specialist for our expanding, in-house team, across all 12 New Car brands!

This role offers $15 per hour with a performance-based commission structure. This is a full-time role, with flexible 40-hour work weeks, some Saturdays required.

The ideal candidate for this position should be self-motivated, detail oriented, possess proficient computer skills, and be focused on providing great customer service.

Job Responsibilities for Sales Support Specialist:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers who are in the market for a vehicle through phone calls, email, chat, and text. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply but this skill set is not required for the role. This is an in-person role, but has little to no face-to-face communication with customers. Your goal will be to answer customer inquiries, follow work plans, and set appointments for the sales staff.

Essential Duties:

• Handling all internet leads
• Setting sales and appraisal appointments
• Achieving Daily Goals as set by management
• Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership
• Assists in other areas when needed
