Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities: * Assemble and install plumbing systems and fixtures * Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems * Inspect and test installed pipe systems and pipelines * Repair and replace worn parts * Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures * Prepare written work cost estimates for clients * Determine the material and equipment needed for a job * Adhere to safety policies and procedures Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years previous experience in residential plumbing service and repair * Ability to read blueprints and schematics * Ability to handle physical workload * Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills * Ability to sell plumbing services when needed * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Valid Driver's License Company Description The Lunt Marymor Company values team building within our staff community.
