Join Our Team as a Compassionate Hygienist – Full -Time Roles! We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing preventive dental care, promoting oral health education, and assisting in the detection and prevention of oral diseases. The RDH will work closely with the dentist and dental team to ensure patients receive exceptional clinical care in a comfortable and professional environment. Pay $45~$48 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Job Description Patient Care & Preventive Treatment: Perform dental cleanings, including prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing as appropriate Conduct periodontal assessments and charting, including pocket measurements and documentation of oral conditions Take and review dental radiographs/X-rays in accordance with state regulations Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride treatments, sealants, and desensitizing agents Remove plaque, tartar, and stains to help maintain optimal oral health Assist in identifying signs of oral disease, infection, and abnormalities and report findings to the dentist Patient Education & Communication: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, nutrition, and home care techniques Review medical and dental histories and update patient records accurately Explain treatment recommendations and post-treatment care instructions to patients Provide compassionate and professional patient care to ensure comfort and trust during appointments Clinical Support & Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, charting, treatment notes, and periodontal documentation Assist the dentist in evaluating treatment needs and patient care plans Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, organized, and stocked appropriately Follow infection control, sterilization, OSHA, and CDC safety protocols Equipment & Office Maintenance: Sterilize instruments and maintain dental equipment according to office and regulatory standards Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of operatories and clinical work areas Benefits To be discussed during interview.
