About the team: The Talent Architecture & Skills team leads the strategy and operations of Walmart’s enterprise talent architecture and skills ecosystem. This global team supports job architecture operations and drives modernization in talent architecture, skills intelligence, and governance. Collaborating with leaders across functions, the team develops structured organizations, job designs, and career frameworks aligned with business objectives.
