Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that respect and incorporate patients' cultural backgrounds, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches based on individual patient needs, encompassing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health issues and promoting resilience, coping strategies, and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring a rapid and effective response to mental health emergencies.

• Educate both patients and their families regarding mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and support system.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.
