About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team on our weekend shift. As a CNA at Southern Hills Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma

• Ability to work weekends, with flexibility to cover occasional weekday shifts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to lift and move residents safely, with a focus on resident safety and comfort
