In this role, you'll: Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours Build relationships with current and future residents Help guide applicants through the leasing process Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives Support daily office operations and administrative tasks Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career. You'll spend your days: Touring apartments and walking the community Inspecting homes before move-in Meeting with residents and prospective residents Working both indoors and outdoors Collaborating with a high-performing team Occasionally assisting with resident events or weather-related community needs We work hard, support one another, and celebrate success together.
