Sr. Manufacturing Engineer
Development Resource Group
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support printing and labeling operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys documentation, process improvement, training, and supporting manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, revise, and release label printer documentation, work instructions, and procedures.
- Learn and implement new printer technologies; train operators and technicians on equipment use.
- Ensure all activities comply with quality system and regulatory requirements.
- Support troubleshooting, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives for printing and labeling processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to optimize production performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering or related experience.
- Experience creating equipment/process documentation in a regulated environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with packaging, printing, and labeling processes.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry experience.
