Humana Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President, Model & AI Governance to lead the enterprise framework for model governance, AI risk management, and responsible AI. This executive role partners with technology, data, clinical and compliance functions to ensure AI solutions are safe, fair, transparent, and compliant.

The role reports to the Chief Audit & Risk Officer and drives governance, monitoring, and escalation for AI models and generative technologies across the enterprise.
