Software Development Engineer, Conversational Ads Experience

Build sponsored conversational shopping experiences powered by large language models (LLMs) — designing customer-facing functionality that impacts hundreds of millions of Amazon shoppers worldwide. You'll work on multiple industry-first projects at the intersection of GenAI and advertising, tackling ambiguous and challenging problems with significant impact on both shoppers and the business.The Conversational Ad Experiences (CAX) team within Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) focuses on LLM-powered sponsored shopping experiences that help merchants, retail vendors, and brand owners grow incremental sales through native product advertising. You'll partner with product managers, applied scientists, and engineers to drive product and engineering initiatives — building large-scale, low-latency distributed systems and integrating sponsored prompt experiences for shoppers and advertisers. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
