Line Cook
We are seeking a line cook to join our team! This is your opportunity to work alongside one of the top culinary teams on the bourbon trail.
Responsibilities:
Check freshness and quality of ingredients
Assist in the development of menu items
Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Set up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces
Cook food items by grilling, frying, sauting and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs
