Construction Controller

Job Description CTA Construction Co., Inc. is a Boston based general contractor seeking an experienced controller. Candidates should be able to work within a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities consist of all accounting functions including: A/P, A/R, GL, certified payroll and monthly AIA requisitions Management of all project cost accounting with intimate knowledge of percentage of completion accounting and construction project costing Preparation of quarterly tax filings in conjunction with outside auditors Payroll, insurances, 401K and other human resource responsibilities Company cash flow analyses and associated reporting Manage insurance process Company and project cash flow projections and budget forecasting Ideal candidate should possess a BS degree with 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills are a must. Excellent salary and benefits package.
