- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday nights on an on-going basis .
- Must be highly reliable.
- 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. from March 1 to October 31
- 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from November 1 to February 28
$16.50 per hour to start Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
- Manage online and phone bookings with accuracy.
- Provide information about our motel, local attractions, and services.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Perform nightly accounting tasks with precision.
- * Typing Skills: Minimum of 40 words per minute.
- * Communication: Strong grasp of English writing conventions
- * Math Proficiency: Ability to accurately complete nightly accounting tasks and calculate rates and charges.
- Adaptability: Willingness to occasionally work extra or alternate shifts.
- Independence: Capable of working autonomously and making sound decisions.
- Experience: No front desk experience required but your resume must reflect you possess the skills required for the job.
