Primary Responsivities: * Lead, supervise, and support a team of security installers across multiple job sites * Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope * Perform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection) * Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations * Serve as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians, project managers, and customers * Train, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performance * Conduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design execution * Maintain accurate documentation, including job progress, changes, and completion reports * Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control,

intrusion systems)

• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Proven experience leading or supervising field technicians or installation

teams * Strong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and industry best practices

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a

fast-paced environment * Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis) * Manufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis) * Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance Salary: $35/hr to $50/hr depending on experience Disclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
