FullTime Nanny in Monroe NC for a 3 Month Old Girl

Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Monroe in finding a Full‑Time Temporary Nanny for their 3‑month‑old daughter. The nanny will be needed four days per week, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The specific four workdays will vary and will be provided in advance. This position is temporary for 10 months. The best nanny for this family would be dependable, nurturing, patient, and experienced in caring for infants. An ideal candidate will be punctual, safety‑conscious, and an excellent communicator who is committed to providing attentive care to their infant. The nanny will be responsible for maintaining the infant’s daily routine while fostering an engaging environment and creating age‑appropriate developmental activities. These activities should include tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing, and plenty of one‑on‑one interaction. This family is looking for a nanny who can establish a consistent routine, recognize and respond to the infant’s needs, and create a calm, nurturing environment that supports healthy growth and development. Pets: The family has 3 cats; there will be no pet responsibilities for the nanny.
