Personal Insurance Account Manager

Job Description Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. Responsibilities Provide end-to-end servicing of personal lines accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, quoting, and binding. Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, such as auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and recreational vehicles. Actively cross-sell, upsell, and round out accounts to meet client needs. Quote and manage new and renewal business. Collaborate with carriers such as Commerce, Travelers, Hartford, Acadia, Vermont Mutual, and Progressive. Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation. Qualifications/Requirements Experience : Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance (open to candidates with captive experience). Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; must obtain immediately after hire if not already licensed. Skills : Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services. Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management software is a plus.
