Sales Coordinator

Sales Associate

This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to supporting account managers by managing customer accounts and requests, assist with sales forecasting, working within SAP, excel, and much more!

Responsibilities:

• Support Account Managers by managing customer accounts and requests.
• Coordinate pricing, quotations, product samples, and documentation.
• Process and monitor customer orders from receipt through delivery.
• Partner with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, pricing, and account inquiries.
• Assist with sales forecasting and reporting.
• Investigate order discrepancies, customer concerns, and service-related issues.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Excel.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Responding to customer and account manager requests.
• Creating quotes and processing orders.
• Updating order status and delivery information in SAP.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve supply chain or delivery issues.
• Supporting account reviews and customer service initiatives.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in sales
• Proficient within Microsoft Excel
• SAP experience preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Hazlet, NJ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
