Kering Beauté Regional Sales Director, Southwest

Position Title: Regional Sales Director Reports to: National Sales Director West Coast Location: Los Angeles, CA Employment type: Full-time FLSA status: Exempt Overview This position is responsible for executing the Sales Strategy on behalf of Kering Beauté – with the current focus on The House of Creed. The Regional Sales Director will serve as an ambassador for their assigned region, coach and develop the field and in‑store sales teams, champion sales goals, and effectively represent Kering Beauté while promoting our core values of Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication. Core Responsibilities Serve as team leader for the entire region. Partner with the National Sales Director to identify growth opportunities. Mentor, coach, and develop sales leaders to elevate performance and career development. Build strong relationships with store management and retailer regional directors. Manage customer experience expectations within the region. Ensure best‑in‑class execution of merchandising, brand positioning, and customer experience standards at the store level. Collaborate with marketing, training, and events teams for impactful product launches, promotional activities, and in‑store initiatives. Execute operational functions on time, including expense reports, Retail Action Plans, and budget planning. Provide critical thinking and feedback to improve process efficiencies. Inspire clients through beauty innovations and the luxury brand narrative while championing company culture. Promote brand awareness with external partners. Travel weekly to support Regional Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Account Coordinators. Assist managers with interviewing candidates for final decisions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred). 7‑10 years of relevant sales experience in beauty or fragrance, preferably in luxury. Proficiency in delivering excellent customer service and profitable clienteling. Strong leadership abilities, including proven coaching experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening. Technically savvy with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook. Innovative thinker with analytical skills to identify growth opportunities. Strong relationship building and negotiation skills. Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities. Initiative, collaboration, and accountability. Physical ability to move throughout a store, perform required tasks, and lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable with frequent travel (air, driving). Adaptable to an entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment. Team player willing to take on new challenges.
