HR Program Manager

The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently with cross-functional stakeholders to support effective outcomes aligned with higher-level goals.This role can be located in either Charlotte NC or Stamford CT.How You Will Make an ImpactResponsibilities:Provide support to talent management programs, including:Business Resource Groups (BRGs)Support general inquiries from BRG members, leaders and other stakeholdersManage event coordination spanning across BRGsMaintain key governance and support resourcesSupport BRG leaders on event programming, planning and communicationsMentoringLead mentoring community of practice, supporting mentorship program managers across the companyServe as mentorship program manager for select programsHost monthly BRG mentor program lead meetingInterface with mentoring platform vendor regarding technical issues, reporting, and client requestsSignature PartnershipsManage nomination process for available conference/event seatsManage the promotion of engagement opportunities among signature partner organizationsOptimize Spectrum membership experience by bridging the primary organization and local chapter offeringsTrack engagement and available funds remainingOverallProduce reports and insights regarding participation and outcomesPerform other duties as requestedWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:Experience supporting or managing HR programs and initiatives across multiple stakeholdersWorking knowledge of key HR domains such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, total rewards, HR operations, and HRIS platforms.Familiarity with program management methodologies, change management principles, and governance practices.Solid analytical skills with experience tracking program metrics, reviewing HR data, and supporting compliance-related requirements.Required EducationBachelor's degree in HR Management, business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsHR related experience - 1+Project management experience - 1+Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
