This full-time role is designed for the 26/27 school year and covers a manageable roster of 35-45 students, primarily in elementary grades. You’ll be fully supported by two skilled COTAs, ensuring you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy and truly making a difference. Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (state of WI or eligible)
• Experience in school-based OT preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseload independently and supervise COTAs
• Dedication to supporting student development and educational goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to elementary students
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators
• Supervise and guide two COTAs
• Complete required documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team activities
