Location: San Francisco, California
Pay Range: $45–$50/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 13-week contract (extensions likely)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Start Date: ASAP

You’ll work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team focused on maximizing patient independence, recovery, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized OT treatment programs

• Assist patients in improving functional independence in ADLs and mobility

• Collaborate closely with PT, SLP, and nursing staff

• Document treatments and progress in EMR per facility standards

• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home exercises

Requirements

• Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) license

• Current BLS Certification (AHA)

• SNF or rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)

• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills
