Project Coordinator

IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, youll help keep business process and project working sessions running smoothly by coordinating logistics, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Youll support an industry-leading organization by ensuring action items, RAID items, and deliverables are tracked and completed on time.

Position Overview for the Project Coordinator:

• Coordinate business process design sessions and project working meetings, including schedules, participants, materials, and workshop logistics
• Prepare agendas and organize pre-work documentation to support efficient session execution
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, requirements, and action items; ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders
• Maintain RAID logs, track deliverables and deadlines, and escalate risks or unresolved items as needed

Requirements for the Project Coordinator:

• 24+ years of project coordination, PMO support, or related experience in an organized, deadline-driven environment
• Proven experience coordinating meetings/workshops and managing calendars, participants, and meeting materials
• Strong documentation skills, including meeting notes, decision logs, action-item tracking, and stakeholder follow-up
• Hands-on experience maintaining RAID logs and tracking project plans, deliverables, and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams, plus SharePoint (or similar document management/version control tools)
