The Role

We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across 4–5 Leon’s locations .

This is a hands-on, multi-unit role. You’ll be responsible for how our stores run day-to-day service, staffing, systems, and overall experience.

You’ll be in stores, setting the tone, building strong teams, and making sure every location runs clean, fast, and consistent. You’ll work directly with the founders as we grow.

What You’ll Do

Operations & Service

• Oversee FOH operations across all locations( 5 locations )
• Ensure consistency in service, flow, and customer experience
• Be present during peak service (9am–1pm) to support teams and troubleshoot
• Set and maintain service standards across all stores

Team & Staffing

• Build and manage schedules to ensure proper coverage
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and team development (with ownership approval)
• Train and mentor managers and FOH staff
• Hold teams accountable to performance and service standards

Payroll & Systems

• Review and manage weekly payroll (hours, tips, accuracy)
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Build and refine systems that improve efficiency and consistency

Training & Standards

• Create and implement FOH training programs
• Standardize opening/closing procedures and service flow
• Maintain clear guides for POS, coffee, and service execution

Operations & Logistics

• Oversee vendor coordination and ordering with BOH + shift leads
• Manage inter-store transfers of product and supplies
• Ensure storage and organization across all locations

Merch & Experience

• Oversee in-store merchandising and product displays
• Coordinate merch launches across locations
• Manage music and in-store environment to align with brand

Catering & Growth

• Support and grow catering operations (corporate, events, weddings)
• Identify opportunities to improve operations as we scale

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership in hospitality or restaurant operations
• Multi-unit experience strongly preferred
• Strong operator — knows how to run a tight, high-volume shop
• Systems-driven and highly organized
• Strong leader who can manage managers
• Calm under pressure, decisive, and solutions-oriented
• Deep care for hospitality and customer experience

Growth

We’re expanding. This role will evolve into a senior leadership position as we open more locations.
