Reporting Analyst | Am Law 200 Firm | NYC Hybrid New York, NY | Hybrid (3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote) $80,000 – $100,000 + Bonus A nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join its Finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will play a highly visible role in transforming and modernizing reporting across the firm’s financial and operational functions. This opportunity is ideal for a legal finance professional who enjoys working beyond standard report production and is passionate about analytics, process improvement, and business intelligence. The role offers broad exposure to firm leadership and the ability to influence strategic decision-making across finance, billing, and operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance reporting related t Time, productivity, and utilization metri Revenue, WIP, billing, rates, and realizati Partner compensation, originations, and credit allocatio Collections, accounts receivable, and cash fl Financial statements, budgeting, and forecasti Industry surveys and banking-related reporti Process Improvement & Reporting Optimization Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing repor Improve reporting accuracy, usability, and timeline Eliminate manual processes and duplicate workflo Partner with Finance, Billing, Accounting, and IT teams to improve data integri Extract, validate, and analyze information from legal financial syste Develop a strong understanding of WIP, AR, clients, matters, and timekeeper structur Troubleshoot reporting issues and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholde Ensure consistency and reliability across reporting outpu Strategic Analysis Analyze profitability, realization, collections, and performance tren Support annual budgeting and forecasting process Provide leadership with actionable business insigh Contribute to ongoing reporting strategy and data governance initiativ Qualifications 5+ years of experience within a law firm or professional services environm Demonstrated experience building and maintaining financial and operational repo Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilit Ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insig Strong attention to detail and commitment to accur Preferred Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, Iridium BI, or similar legal financial syst Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization platfo Familiarity with SQL-based reporting, data cubes, or data mod Experience supporting profitability, realization, and performance analysis within a law f #J-18808-Ljbffr Plona Partners
