Job title: Service Desk Technician

Location: Melbourne, FL (On-Site)

Duration: 6-Month Contract with possible extension and conversion

We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support in a Windows-based enterprise environment. This role will support end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage ServiceNow tickets, and assist with IT projects.

NOTE: You will begin position working in Melbourne, FL office until Sept. Then will work out of the Orlando office permanently.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Service Desk/Desktop Support experience

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system

• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office

• Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, VOIP phones, and peripherals

• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, LDAP, SMTP, and remote access tools

• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

NOTE : Bachelor’s degree Preferred

• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MTA)

• ITIL certification

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online

• Experience working in an Agile environment

Must be a U.S. Person as defined by applicable law.
