Performance Marketing Manager

Our network is growing, our campaigns are scaling, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a high-growth environment and knows how to turn numbers into momentum. You’ll live in the world of digital ads (especially in Meta): building, testing, and refining campaigns that fuel growth across dozens of locations. You’ll dig into data, uncover insights, and translate them into real results for our franchisees. You’ll collaborating with a world-class creative team, working alongside operations and health, and meeting directly with clients to strategise, report, and celebrate wins. What You’ll Do Run performance campaigns that cut through (Meta and Google). Analyse data and turn insights into action. Lead client check-ins, reporting, and strategy reviews. Partner with our creative team to test ideas, refine visuals, and push performance. Track leads, optimise budget, and continue to maintain our high brand standards. What You’ll Bring 5 years managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Confidence with data: you can read it, tell the story, and make the next move. Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset. Autonomy, drive, and a passion for doing your best work in a fast‑paced environment. Curiosity: you love improving systems and teaching others new tricks. A passion for Fitness & Community. This is a contract-to-perm role starting with part-time hours with the potential for quick progression to full time. You will be based at our brand new offices in West Hollywood, enjoying a free gym membership two doors down, and the ability to workout around your schedule.
