Store Lead

As a Store Lead at Spectrum, you will guide customers through products and services, mentor store specialists and contribute to sales achievements. How You'll Make an Impact * Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout * Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals * Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings * Support store leadership and team members by assisting with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations * Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources * Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions * Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations Working Conditions * Operate in a retail environment with moderate noise * Required to wear a uniform What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education * High school diploma or equivalent Experience * 1-2 years of sales experience * 1-2 years of customer service experience Skills * Ability to read, write and speak English * Basic math proficiency * Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed * Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs * Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers and suppliers in person, by phone and in writing * Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals * Carry a positive and professional demeanor * Pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively * Use computers and software applications * Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment * Prioritize, organize effectively and work independently Preferred Qualifications Skills * Familiarity with the latest technology and devices #LI-TT2 SRL103 2026-78296 2026 Here, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers. The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $27.70 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $9,360 .
