As aTelemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lori Smul - State Farm Agent, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
• Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
