As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.Responsibilities:Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.Qualifications:Experience in sales preferredExperience managing client relationshipsInterest in marketing products and services based on customer needsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningDedicated to customer serviceAble to anticipate customer needsAble to effectively relate to a customerMust be willing to get licensedIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
