VR Counselor: Empower Disabled Clients to Work

State of Missouri

State of Missouri is seeking a counselor to guide people with disabilities toward meaningful employment in Kansas City. This role requires a Master’s degree and uses motivational interviewing, goal setting, and strengths-based counseling to assess needs and develop tailored employment plans. The position involves coordinating with employers and partners, maintaining case notes, and traveling within the community for training.
