As a functional department, we have also strengthened and evolved foundational systems and processes in IT, student recruitment and enrollment, after school programming, and professional development for operational leaders at our schools. Prospect Schools is now seeking an seasoned executive operational leader who possesses an uncanny ability to see the potential in people and processes, and can identify interconnected opportunities across multiple functional areas for acceleration and advancing our impact, truly enabling us to be an exceptionally run organization.
