IT Application Developer

Salary: $79,812 - 107,328 per year Requirements:

• We need six years of professional experience in software application analysis, design, and programming, or a combination of education and relevant IT experience.
• We accept an associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline with at least four years of relevant software application experience, or an equivalent mix of education and IT background.
• We accept a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field with at least two years of relevant software application experience, or an equivalent mix of education and IT background.
• We require at least one year of hands-on experience within the past four years developing applications or other software solutions.
• We require demonstrated proficiency with ASP.NET or MVC and C#.
• We require proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• We require working knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework libraries, version 4.0 or higher.
• We require experience with SQL and Transact-SQL.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio or an equivalent development environment.
• We require proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio or an equivalent tool.
• Our strongest candidates will also bring recent experience with agile development, AJAX, jQuery, .NET desktop applications, NHibernate or Entity Framework, Telerik UI tools, web services, SSRS, SSIS, and version control systems such as TFS or git.

• We use agile methods, creativity, and innovation to deliver technical work and support complex application initiatives.
• We analyze, develop, test, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical custom applications, software customizations, system integrations, and databases.
• We build software solutions for new efforts, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications and integrations.
• We develop applications that support performance metrics tracking and approval workflows.
• We integrate custom applications and data with other systems through approved APIs.
• We customize and connect off-the-shelf software solutions to meet our needs.
• We investigate defects, resolve bugs, and provide technical problem-solving for custom-built solutions.
• We create dashboard and reporting platforms, along with associated business intelligence solutions.
• We perform testing and quality assurance for custom-developed applications.
