The ideal candidate will be able to apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plan and lead major technology assignments.Roles and ResponsibilitiesA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.May supervise others.Required QualificationsPossess a minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Possess a Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 2 years of related Senior experience, for a total of 10 years.Experience using Node.js with Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and ElasticsearchExperience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional teamAbility to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenanceExperience with JSON, Java, JavaScript, SharePoint, XML, VBAs, Oracle, MongoDB, Solr, SQL, Open AI, or other AI technologiesPhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentNormal office environment.Hybrid with 2 days/week onsiteTravelAs requiredCompany DescriptionCastalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government. The projected compensation range for this position is $190,000.00 to $200,000.00 (annualized USD).
