Vista Health System is interested in hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech unit who is looking to broaden his/her skills and gain valuable experience working in a community hospital that worked hard to achieve status as certified Centers of Excellence in numerous critical areas of patient care. Responsibilities: Comply with organization, department, and regulatory standards. Maintain equipment, supplies, and work area. Perform intra-procedural responsibilities for cardiac catheterization procedures, electrophysiology studies, and pacemaker/ICD insertion. Perform special radiographic procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of a two-year formal radiology training program in an AMA-approved school. One year of experience as a staff technologist. Current licensure as a radiology technologist in Illinois Registered or eligible for registry by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT).
