About us: Chan & Chan USA LLC is a growing food manufacturer producing high-quality frozen dumplings, buns, sausages, and other specialty products for our own brands and for leading retail and foodservice customers. Our team works in a modern, clean facility where safety, food safety, and quality come first. 

The role: The Warehouse Supervisor runs our Bethlehem plant warehouse, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain. You will lead the warehouse team, keep inventory accurate, support production, and ship product on time in a frozen food environment. 

What you’ll do:  

• Build, lead, and grow the warehouse team. 
• Run receiving, ingredient staging to the lines against production BOMs, and finished goods put-away. 
• Manage storage in coolers, freezers, and our Bastian crane system, including lot codes and expiration dates. 
• Ship finished goods on schedule with our logistics team. 
• Create and run the cycle count program and keep inventory accurate in Sage X3. 
• Lead warehouse safety and food safety. 

What you bring:  

• 4+ years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years supervising. 
• Experience creating and implementing a cycle count program. 
• Experience managing lot codes and expiration dates on materials. 
• Understanding of production bills of materials (BOMs). 
• Powered industrial truck experience. 
• Inventory control experience in an ERP or warehouse management system. 
• English required. 

Preferred:  

• Frozen or refrigerated food warehouse experience. 
• Experience with Bastian or other automated storage and retrieval (crane) systems. 
• Sage X3 experience. 
• Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish, to communicate with our team. 

Work environment: Warehouse, coolers, and freezers below 0°ree;F, with dock and forklift traffic. Occasional lifting up to 50 lb. The warehouse runs 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.; this role works a staggered schedule within those hours. 

Requirements:

 

Required Training and Certifications  

• GMP, allergen, and food defense training before working in the warehouse. 
• Powered industrial truck certification before operating equipment; trainer certification within 90 days of hire, if not already held. 
• Bastian crane system operation and safety training within 30 days of hire. 
• OSHA 10-hour General Industry within 6 months of hire, if not already held. 

Physical Requirements  

Stand and walk in the warehouse and on the docks for most of the shift; operate powered industrial trucks; occasionally lift up to 50 lb; climb, bend, and reach. 

Work Environment  

Warehouse, coolers, and freezers below 0°ree;F for extended periods, with cold-weather PPE and warm-up breaks. Loading docks are exposed to outdoor weather; forklift, truck, and crane system traffic. Required PPE includes safety shoes, high-visibility vest, hairnets and smocks where required, and cold-weather gear.
