School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 20262027 school year in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time, leave coverage, in-person position in a school setting. Whether you're an experienced school-based OT or just beginning your school therapy journey, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Highlights:

• Location: Seattle, WA
• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) School Setting
• Schedule: Part Time, November 2026 May 2027
• Setting: In-person, Elementary School Environment:
• Start Date: November 2026

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
