Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified and passionate Occupational Therapists for full-time school-based opportunities in the Seattle, Washington area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ functional and educational needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and treatment plans as part of the IEP   process
• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students across various grade       levels
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, special education staff, and related service   providers
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with district/state   guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license through the Washington State Department of Health

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Washington ESA Certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Ability to complete all required district fingerprinting and background clearances
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
